WHAT COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?
RoyalMail and DPD for all orders within the United Kingdom and FedEx, DHL Express, DPD European Road, and Deutsche Post for international orders. From time-to-time we may use a different courier service.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included. If you want to double check the status of your shipment please send a note to our customer service team; hello@wearedisora.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK local time) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (UK local time) will be shipped the next working day, and on Friday —or over the weekend—will ship on Monday.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Within the United Kingdom: starting from £3.50
Europe: starting from £10.00
Rest of World: starting from £25.00
Please note that all international orders (including the EU but excluding USA) may be subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Orders accepted from all countries (including the EU but excluding USA) may be subject to local authority import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay. If these charges apply to your order, the nominated courier will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs and they will let you know the cost of the duties and/or taxes payable. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import charges and have the garments returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred for the garments return, including return shipping charges and customs handling fees. As duties and taxes vary from country to country and is set by your local government, we are unable to provide you with an estimated cost.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For UK orders, Standard Delivery 2-3 days, next working day or Saturday. The Channel Islands may incur an additional day or two
All International orders are shipped using FedEx, DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. To avoid disappointment please ensure you allow enough time for your order to reach you.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery we reserve the right to charge you for all the return fees including any applicable taxes and/or duties. If an order is rejected due to not wanting to pay the import fees or if the package is destroyed by courier as a result of non payment of the import fees then all costs associated with an order being destroyed and/or returned will be deducted off any refund issued to the customer. DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, most of our nominated couriers will require signatures on all deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please contact Customer Services within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing hello@wearedisora.com. Once your Disora order has been shipped we are unable to change the delivery address, and any changes may be subject to additional charges.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
We offer a returns policy of a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase if the product is faulty, described incorrectly or just doesn't suit you. We can offer you an exchange within 28 days of purchase if we have the stock to facilitate the request, if not then we will offer you a credit note as a form of resolution. Anything outside these terms unfortunately will not be accepted. Furthermore, we do not cover the cost of returning the product. You’ll need to return your item(s) in their original packaging to:

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. Returns and exchanges can take up to 5 - 10 working days to be processed once received. Kindly note that this may be slightly longer during seasonal sales, festive season, and other exclusive launches.
