All International orders are shipped using FedEx, DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. To avoid disappointment please ensure you allow enough time for your order to reach you.
We offer a returns policy of a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase if the product is faulty, described incorrectly or just doesn't suit you. We can offer you an exchange within 28 days of purchase if we have the stock to facilitate the request, if not then we will offer you a credit note as a form of resolution.
